This 40ft ex sailing boat makes a good sized houseboat.

Offering a covered entrance leading to an open planned gallery/kitchen area and seating saloon, leading on to a double bed cabin to the front of the boat, reached via a small corridor were there is toilet/shower compartment with a full height storage area opposite.

This cosy boat is a very affordable option to get into London’s most desirable liveaboard marina. With mooring fees far lower than the other marinas in this part of London.

Current Mooring approx £7200.00 per annum.

This boat is sold with a transferable residential mooring at the fee of 10% of the final sale price (or a min fee of £5400 which ever is the higher) made payable to Southwark Council.
