Broker's Comments

This Dutch Barge was designed and built for the charter market and having had the pleasure of being aboard, I can understand why. The owner reports that the bow thruster and Vetus inboard combine to make a manouverable vessel, with plenty of power when underway. The cockpit has plenty of space for crew whilst sailing along and particularly for relaxing when alongside. Similarly, the side decks have a wide feel and lead forward to a spacious coachroof and foredeck.

Down below is just as pleasing. There is an open saloon, with good headroom and a spacious galley forward to starboard. Also further forward is the saloon table, which also becomes a roomy double berth. The accommodation is complemented by a separate heads area and finally, and possibly the jewel in the crown, the double aft cabin. This cabin provides an excellent owners retreat, with double berth, vanity unit and basin, stowage and a feeling of space. Whilst the exterior looks like it would benefit from some areas of paint being touched-up, the interior looks to be in good order and all together an attractive cruiser for a couple or small family to enjoy waterways and estuaries.
