Broker's Comments

Every so often I have the pleasure of marketing a really clean, tidy, dry and well maintained classic boat!

This one is no exception! She has been spray painted in the original colours and the woodwork is in really good order.

Very well maintained and is a credit to the current owner.

She has a current BSS until March 2025 and has been surveyed in the last 5 years.

The current mooring may be available by negotiation with the management.

The shower and heads compartments are separate which could be a very useful design.

The canopy is removable to offer an open cockpit and has a second canopy that ensures no leeks and also protects the port and starboard companionways.

The engine was reconditioned appx 10 years ago, starts on the button and no smoke!

The Broom Skipper is a variant of the Broom 30 produced with a soft top design and hinge down windscreen and sides which offers a very low airdraft, suitable for the low bridges on the Norfolk Broads and the upper Thames.

Early viewing is recommended.
